We are now looking for a colleague for a temporary position with us over the summer at OP Assistans. Are you great at administration, service-minded, and want to help enrich lives every single day?

In the role of administrative support to our assignment managers, you will have a varied role and assist our managers with administrative processes such as updates in our operational system, some customer contacts, mail handling, and more. Your points of contact will be within the closest team of managers, as well as with our central support functions and any external contacts such as the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, trade unions, etc.

The role includes tasks related to:

  • General administrative tasks such as mail handling
  • Updates in our operational system related to quality work, staffing/personnel, documentation

We are looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a service-oriented, administrative role

  • Prefers social contexts and building relationships

  • Enjoys independent work while also having good collaboration skills

  • Is structured, good at planning, and solution-focused

Qualifications:

  • Has previous administrative experience

  • Is used to working administratively in various systems

  • Has fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

  • Experience in a similar role and work in personal assistance is an advantage

More about the position:

The position is located at our office in Gävle.

The position is a temporary employment from May to August 2025.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM

There may be additional work scheduled in the evenings in the form of meetings and customer activities.

Start date: April/May 2025, by agreement.
